you would bring up that damn book again..this is in jest.

I have another one that is pretty interesting…”leadership secrets of Atila the Hun”. yes… there is really a leadership book by that name.

don’t know how long you would last with it in product management but I thought I would suggest it to the group. besides paul is my friend and I couldn’t resist.

Certanly a laudable set of things for focus on early to build a team that can strongly influence the organization. I also look at the foundation elements as described in the 12 questions from Marcus Buckingham’s book “First Break all the Rules” to ensure that the Product Managers are motivated enought to come on the journey with you as the new manager.
